I bought it (samuemx) as my birthday present and it is wonderful. I have always enjoyed your recipes and the info is really good for getting started in Raw foods (a perfect and simple guide to share with my family so they understand raw foods). Loved the picture of you and your dog in bed.

Very awesome to hear you enjoyed it Janis! That’s exactly what I was going for! I’m a big seeds over nuts person, so much easier to find raw seeds! And I left out super foods because I wanted these recipes to be easily accessible for everyone! Only superfood I pimped in there is cacao, gotta love it! Thanks again Janis! :0D

Awesome! I will be picking that up as soon as I can (couple of weeks), and I would love to write about it in my groovy little zine!

Your cucumber noodle recipe from raw fu is my fave raw recipe ever, especially with some tasty Chipotle Raw Parma on top!!
