Baking Soda, Lemon, Vinegar and Salt are the four basic ingredients you need to clean- add essential oils to accent fresh aromas.
Tea Tree Oil and Grapefruit Seed Extract are anti-microbial, anti-biotic, anti-fungal... These recipes are simple!!!
Save money and energy and do it yourself!!!
Google for free recipes and formulas.
A good book you could probably get for $3.00 on Amazon. com is "SALT, LEMONS, VINEGAR AND BAKING SODA: A Reduce/Reuse/Recycle Handbook. Hundreds of Earth-Friendly Household Projects, Solutions and Formulas by Shea Zukowski.

You may not have been there to do this stuff when you had children but you could be there now for your grandchildren and teach them this knowledge that had been lost due to the industrial revolution. This is one thing you can do take personal responsibility towards healing the planet and reducing toxins and wasteful energy of production and transporting these products. Think LOCAL !!!!

Update: I just tried my suggestion, and it might work if you add a little bit of the coconut water. I drank it first unfortunately :) Also if you peel the meat(the brown thin skin that comes out with it) you might get a better consistency and color.
If you don't like the texture(result) throw in(the blender) some organic thomson raisins and, trust me, you won't mind it :)

I wonder if you would get coconut butter if you blend the meat of a brown hard shell coconut.(not the green coconut).. It would be as fresh as it gets if it works :)

Justin here (formerly of shoprawfoods.com). I was wondering where you were for a while there! Glad you're back. And much congrats on your newest addition. How exciting and scary all at the same time! My wife and I are thinking we'll follow suit in probably about a year or so.

I'm going to have to make these energy bars. They look incredible. :p
